I believe that everything happens for a reason – the moment you step on this site, looking for tips about detox and healthy lifestyle, it’s a sign that things are about to change, positively!

Some years ago, I was bothered by the fact that my body was just not in good status. It constantly felt tired. I was more likely to feel cold than the others and had a hard time to focus. It was not like I didn’t want to concentrate, it was about constantly having a cloud in my brain that disconnects me from being focused. Besides, it always took me a great effort to digest after meals.

These “not-so-serious” symptoms caught my attention and motivated me to start trying all kinds of ways to put myself back to an optimized status.

Long story short, I figured that the elixir is simply – 1) apply a natural and organic lifestyle & 2) occasionally remove some toxins from our body and mind.

I made many mistakes and always gained tons of experience since then. I am so excited to share all that I learned these years with you – all the amazing ingredients, home remedies, my recipes and so on.
